Right now we deliver across all of Tamil Nadu and to Bangalore Urban (Karnataka). Check any pincode using the "Delivering to your pincode?" widget on our home page. Not in one of those areas yet? Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment we expand to your city.

You can browse and add items to your cart as a guest, but an email sign-in is required at checkout so we can send you order updates and delivery tracking.

Yes - every box is hand-packed the morning of dispatch. We don't stockpile finished sweets; a box you order is made fresh for you and shipped the same or next business day.

Most items keep well for 15 days in a cool, dry place. Individual shelf lives are printed on every product's label. Best to consume within the first week for peak freshness.

No. Every combo lists its ingredients in full - you can read them on any combo detail modal on the home page. What you see is what's in the box.

Yes. Everything we sell is vegetarian and made in a vegetarian-only kitchen. Every product on the site is labelled clearly.

Most items contain milk (ghee, khoya) and some contain wheat (murukku, thattai). Every combo's ingredients list every allergen on the site - check the combo detail modal before ordering.

From our own farms in the Kongu belt of Tamil Nadu. Both variants - cow ghee and buffalo ghee - are on the home page.

Orders paid before 2pm IST ship the same day (shipments go out around 6pm); orders after 2pm ship the next business day. Our courier partners don't operate on Sundays or public holidays, so orders placed then ship on the next business day.

Almost every order is delivered 1–4 days after it ships, across Tamil Nadu and Bangalore Urban. The delivery charge for your pincode is shown when you check it.

Flat ₹150 on orders under ₹999, and FREE delivery on orders ₹999+.

Yes - you'll get a tracking link via email once your order dispatches. You can also see all your orders under "My Orders" once signed in.

Via Razorpay - UPI, credit/debit cards, all major banks, wallets. All payments are processed securely; we do not store card details.

Yes - any time before dispatch. Email us at support@rkggheestories.in with your order number. Once dispatched, an order can't be recalled; you'd need to refuse delivery.

Occasionally. If we're running an active promo the coupon code will be shared via email or our WhatsApp broadcast. Enter it at cart to apply.

Yes - the delivery address is set at checkout, so you can send a box to any address in India. For a gift note or a hidden-price packing slip, email hello@rkggheestories.in with your order number after placing it and we'll set it up.
